The 5 Aspects


Shawn is currently developing a course that will support students with practices and teachings that cultivate across five major areas: emotional, physical, mental, spiritual, and relational well-being. Relational well-being includes our relationships with humans and also our interconnection to the natural world.  This course brings together all she has learned from the study and practice of human psychology, breathwork (including breath, sound, emotional expression, touch, and meditation), Brainspotting, Bal-A-Vis-X, and core shamanism.
